InBloom Autism Services has a unique and exciting opportunity for a clinical leadership position with no caseload supporting our Massachusetts service areas! We are actively seeking a Clinical Operations Director to support our talented group of BCBAs and RBTs. Duties for this position include:
- Work in close collaboration with Regional Clinical Integrity Officer (CIO)
- Train BCBAs (with Clinical Integrity Officer as needed)
- Create training schedule (with overlaps), Central Reach, Catalyst
- Facilitate and oversee Learning Readiness Program social groups, and other programs implemented in each assigned location
- Facilitate monthly RBT clinical trainings in collaboration with Lead RBT
- Weekly meetings with Clinical Integrity Officer
- Treatment plan reviews and reviews of re-assessments
- Assign BCBA caseloads
- Conduct clinical interviews for BCBAs and RBTs
- Monitor and support client programming via Programming Checklist
- Monitor and support supervision via Supervision Checklist
- Complete BCBA Monthly Performance Checklist
- Catalyst connections and student account activations
- Parent contracts in collaboration with Clinical Integrity Officer
- Student Analyst Intern support
- Travel to in-home, school, parent meetings and to overlap with supervision
- Assist with the following as needed:
- Assessments
- Scheduling
- RBT evaluation tracking

About you:
To qualify for the position, you must have a current BCBA certification, an active state license, and preferably 2 or more years of BCBA clinical leadership experience. A passion for helping children, a positive attitude, and dedication to clinical integrity are critical. To be successful in the role you should have ABA experience in both clinical and home settings, willingness to provide weekly supervision for students pursuing BCBA certification, and be motivated to collaborate with a team of fellow BCBAs and clinical leadership.
