Job Description
We're seeking an experienced and versatile Platform Support Engineer to manage and enhance our healthcare-focused software platforms. The ideal candidate will be involved in the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and customization of our InBody platform to meet clinical and operational needs. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and collaborative skills to support both our software infrastructure and our team's integration efforts with healthcare systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards like HIPAA.
What You'll Do :
Troubleshooting and Technical Support : Serve as the primary point of contact for diagnosing and resolving IT issues, collaborating closely with the customer support team and software department from HQ (Korea). Provide both scheduled and ad-hoc troubleshooting assistance.Software Support and Maintenance : Oversee the setup and continuous maintenance of our InBody platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability, with a special focus on EMR interface integration.Software Customization and Development : Adapt and enhance current software applications to meet the evolving needs of field testing and solution development initiatives.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work directly with client IT teams, including hospitals and medical groups, to facilitate seamless EMR interface integration.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET frameworks and new technologies.Good programming skills and knowledge of at least one of popular programming languages, such as C#, Java, JavaScript, PythonExtensive experience in developing with modular structures using NuGet for package management. Experience managing global services on Azure cloud platforms is highly valued.In-depth experience with healthcare IT systems, particularly with EMR interface integration. Knowledge of medical data management and a comprehensive understanding of HIPAA regulations are essential.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, crucial for effective collaboration with both technical teams and client IT departments.Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA IT Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.Master's degree a plusBenefits Summary
