About the Role : We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to maintain the company’s creative assets and brand consistency for all design projects. You will be responsible for maintaining promotional content, advertising, and print / digital materials.The ideal candidate has a hunger for the latest industry design trends. Essential Responsibilities : Create promotional images / content for web or printEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, error-free, and on-brandPrep and release files for productionConceptualize visuals based on requirements within brand guidelinesDesign multiple variations for proposal and present ideas and conceptsStudy design briefs and execute on deliverablesResearch and communicate with various vendors for project solutionsProvide creative guidance during project consultation and planningMaintain awareness of industry / design trends, and implement as neededWork with Copywriters and Project Manager to produce drafts and deliverablesWork closely within the Marketing Department, as well as with clients, adjacent internal departments, third party vendors, and our company’s international branches to produce print and digital collateral / assets for marketing, trade shows, and e-commercePrepare and organize presentation slides for various recaps or proposalsEssential Qualifications : Ability to commute to our office (Cerritos, CA) minimum 2 days per weekBFA or BA Degree in Graphic Design or related fieldFamiliarity with design software and technologies such as Adobe Creative SuiteAt least 5 years of professional work experience in the field with a strong online or digital portfolioAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate and collaborate with other designersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organization skills and time managementMust work well in a team and have a positive, goal-oriented attitudeDetail-oriented and good sense of making design pieces visually appealing to different audiencesStrong understanding of creative design with marketing intent that is functional yet aesthetically engagingEnthusiasm for the design processAttentiveness to different projects goalsAbility to travel (up to 5% of schedule) for business trips and tradeshowsBonus Qualifications : Experience with 2D illustrationsExperience with CADExperience with UI / UX and web designExperience with animation softwarePlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
