Inbound Back Office is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help our Marketing Agency and Fractional CMO clients with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly jump in easily with minimal supervision.
These tasks include but are not limited to :
- Research
- Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel tasks
- Google Docs Sheets Slides tasks
- Scheduling Email Calendly etc.
- Travel plans
- Organization / clean up of accounts / platforms
- Billing help
- Data processing
- CRM Maintenance
- Timeconsuming tasks that someone else can take care of!
- In your cover letter please describe your experience with administrative tasks.

Qualifications : Must be techsavvy
Must be highly organized and attentive to detail
