Position: Client Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Welcome new online buyers to Inc. Authority and assist them in improving their newly formed businesses.
- Consult on long-term business solutions, focusing on legal packages and bundles.
- Build relationships with current clients to generate opportunities for both clients and team members.
- Analyze customer feedback to develop techniques for ensuring customer retention.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience required; phone sales experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to sell.
- Willingness to read and convey our developed scripting.
- Openness to growth, development, and coaching.
- Team-oriented with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to achieve and exceed individual targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
