Responsibilities
- Process new business with the Secretary of State
- Process EIN numbers for new businesses with the Secretary of State
- Communicate with internal team members on new orders that our clients need processed
- Answer annual report questions as asked from our production teams
- Input data into our company CRM portal
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal team members
Qualifications:
- High rate of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A Positive, Can-Do Attitude
- Professional Appearance and Demeanor
