2nd Shift Work Schedule - Overtime is Required
Sunday (5 : 00am – 1 : 30pm),
Monday – Friday (3 : 30pm – 2 : 00pm)
Applicant must be able to perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment per safety, predictive, and production maintenance systems.
You must have industrial maintenance experience with a metal manufacturer.

Responsibilities
Maintain production machines and facility equipment.Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment.Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and foundry facilities.Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report issues or unusual situations to proper Maintenance Supervisor.Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.Adheres to training program and any relevant training through the Operations Trainer.Other responsibilities as dictated by the Maintenance Supervisor.You must have the following experience :
High hydraulic pressure knowledge (extrusion presses or similar)PLC and control knowledgeExtensive Electrical BackgroundMinimum of five (5) years indusrial maintenanceTechnical knowledge of equipment / machine processes.Ability to work OT, off-shifts, & weekendsCombustion processes, burners, valve trains, temperature controllersWelding and fabricatingRefractory and furnace lining.Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatic, machine controls, welding, PLC's & electricalBasic computer entry skillsHealth and Safety Standards and ComplianceProcess Improvement TechniquesElectrical and electronic controls; troubleshooting and / or programmingMobile equipment including forklifts, wheel loadersMaterial handling, conveyorsVentilation systems with 50-250 HP motor Bag houses (dust collectors)Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Strengths in teamwork, organization, communication, and efficiency.Pay Range : $34.62 - $38.00
PLUS a $.50 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift
