Your responsibilities in detail
- Creates security concepts inherent to modern software developement, from the web frontend to backend, databases and cloud, and are aware of the privacy and data protection issues related to the systems
- Actively performs on-going security testing and code review to improve software security troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise
- Consult our development teams with best practices for software security at each phase of the software development lifecycle
- Development, testing, and operation advanced software security techniques in compliance with technical reference architecture.
- Participate and collaborate with stakeholder in areas of security, training, and engineering
- Constantly keep up to date with new industry trends and standards, screening the market for potential new solutions and performing evaluations and assessments via technical pilots & POCs.
Your Profil
- Proven work experience or educational background as a software security engineer as well as software design and architecture, and passion for new technologies
- Wide technical IT knowledge, including cloud, networking and security
- Knowledge about the most critical security risks for web applications
- Deep technical knowledge of techniques, standards and state-of-the art capabilities for authentication and authorization, applied cryptography, security vulnerabilities and remediation
- Willingness to learn and courage to challenge the status quo
- 3 years of Agile Software Development (ideally C#/.NET)
- Computer science or scientific computing degree or equivalent qualification
