What You'll Be Doing:
Our Client Onboarding Specialists are responsible for consulting with entrepreneurs on our business startup services to get their new business on track for success and growth (forming LLC's/corporations, business bank accounts, website domains, ect)!
- Connect with Entrepreneurs Nationwide: No cold calling-just warm leads.
- Consult with Clients: Understand their unique needs and guide them to the right solutions with our services.
- Build Relationships: Develop a deep understanding of clients' goals and assist in their business journey.
- Learn Our Services: Receive paid training to gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Track Interactions: Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and dedication to helping others succeed.
- Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Eager to learn and open to feedback.
- Driven and financially ambitious.
- Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year.
- Sales Experience: At least 1 year (preferred but not required).
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity with CRM systems (training provided if needed).
