Business Formation Specialist - Consultative Sales
At Reno-based Inc. Authority (www.incauthority.com), we consult with, and help register, over 1000 new startups a week, across fifty states. As a Business Formation Specialist, you will be reaching out to potential clients across the United States that are looking to launch their own business. You will get to consult with entrepreneurs on their needs and goals to help them be successful in launching their own business!
What to expect:
- Identify and reach out to new business owners and get them established - nationwide leads provided!
- Communicate the benefits of working with Inc Authority as a business formation partner to entrepreneurs in a clear and compelling manner to help drive sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to create long term solutions to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrate an aptitude for sales and an ability to nurture relationships with our clients
- Need training? Our new hire training helps teach the ins and outs of business formation.

Responsibilities

Call customers that have inquired about our products and business services to walk them through launching their new business
- Consult on their current business goals and budget ect.
- Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customers' needs
- Help clients nationwide to create custom solutions for their new business - communicate the benefits of using Inc Authority services to establish a business.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with potential customers and internal team members.
- Confident and upbeat personality: captivate clients, lead sales, and exceed goals with an assertive and proactive approach.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact.

- Excellent Phone Communication Skills

- Basic computer skills such as typing while using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Sales experience is a plus but not a necessity!
- Must be receptive to coaching as needed
- Ability to navigate a CRM System and use a headset
