What are the responsibilities and job description for the On call maintenance position at Ince Property Management, LLC?
This position will be an as needed position. Meaning work will on be needed when called to repair issues that arise. Hours are not guarenteed. Must be self-driven and capable of working without supervision and have some knowledge and understanding in plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Also, must have dependable transportation to and from work.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: small plumbing repair, painting, drywall and texturing, painting, fixture replacement, minor appliance repair or replacement, mowing, tree trimming, pool maintenance, and any other issues that may arise. A/C repair experience is a plus.
Summary
As a Part-Time Maintenance Worker, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. You will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge and facilities maintenance, while your premium skills in electrical experience and programmable logic controllers will enhance your effectiveness.
