Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Apartment Cleaner/Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards while ensuring a welcoming environment for residents or guests.
Duties:
- Perform apartment cleaning tasks to prepare apartments for future resident.
- Sanitate common areas and high-touch surfaces regularly
- Manage housekeeping duties efficiently
- Conduct carpet cleaning as needed
- Perform tasks such as trash pickup of grounds on daily basis
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as required in common areas.
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or related field preferred
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and equipment
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Experience in floor care maintenance
- Prior work at apartments is a plus
