Position Brief: AI Engagement Leader is a leadership role to drive and significantly impact the client engagement and growth momentum for Incedo. AI Engagement Leader is expected to bring world-class capabilities and experience in AI consulting, designing and implementing hi-impact AI, Machine Learning and GenAI solutions.
AI Engagement Partner is expected to drive and grow customer engagements, consult clients in defining solutions to key business, data and AI problem areas, drive project deliveries, build a strong AI & analytics team, and develop strong capabilities/solutions solving for critical Telecom business problems. The AI Engagement Partner will be expected to drive thought leadership and strategy for pioneering and implementing AI, Machine Learning, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions to solve business problems
AI Engagement Partner will also be responsible for partnering with India delivery leads, Data/AI architects, and other Incedo practices to deliver high-impact solutions to the clients. The candidate is expected to bring strong domain expertise in Telecom, AI/machine learning best practices, solve client business problems, and identify new opportunities for a client.
Education: Bachelors/Masters (Engineering/ Commerce/ Economics/Math/Stats/MBA) from a top-tier university
Experience:
- 15 years of experience in AI/Machine Learning/Data Science in Client Management/
- Consulting/Delivery.
- 8 years of experience in working for/consulting with Telecom or Communication Engineering clients.

- Ability to design AI solution architectures as well as develop/fine tune AI & GenAI algorithms.
Telecom Domain Expertise:
• Strong experience for the Telecom clients, solving a wide array of business problems
• Deep understanding and experience of solving key AI use cases for Telecom clients such as
Network Performance, Predictive Maintenance, Customer Experience, CLTV, Customer Churn
etc.
