Incedo Inc. is seeking a seasoned Associate Director, Full-time to join our Wealth Management team. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of technology programs and initiatives that enhance our wealth management and financial services offerings.
This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, program management experience, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in wealth management, asset management, investment platforms, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, business stakeholders, product managers, and external vendors, to deliver complex, high-impact solutions on time and within scope.

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
• Expertise in AWS cloud services, including Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, EC2, and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to manage full project life cycles, including architecture, development, testing, and production support.
