Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SSIS/SSAS Developer to join our data engineering and business intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) with hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining ETL and OLAP solutions in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes.
- Design and implement multidimensional and tabular models using SSAS.
- Optimize and tune SSIS packages and SSAS cubes for performance.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to SSIS/SSAS solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in ETL and cube development.
- Troubleshoot data issues, identify root causes, and provide long-term fixes.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of SSIS/SSAS solutions in production environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of hands-on experience in SSIS and SSAS development.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server (2016 or higher), T-SQL, and performance tuning.
- Experience in designing and deploying OLAP cubes and Tabular models in SSAS.
- Proficiency in ETL development, data cleansing, and transformation logic.
- Good understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Excel pivot integration with SSAS cubes is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
