Position: Account Assistance Associate
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Account Assistance Associate to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Getting in touch with customers and answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Evaluating a customer's financial situation to identify assistance programs that may help them with their missed mortgage payments and save their home
- 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
- 1-3 years of mortgage servicing
- Eager enjoyment and interest in helping others
- 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance
- Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance
- Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay
- Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit
- Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English will earn an additional $80 per week
- Standard work schedule available from 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, and 10am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Must also be available to work one Saturday shift per month from 9am to 1pm.
- Generous incentive plan with a minimum $250 incentive bonus paid monthly for the first 4 months of employment
