Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!
Responsibilities
- Process utility invoices, physician payments, and patient refunds efficiently and accurately.
- Manage positive pay files by submitting them to the bank and addressing any exceptions.
- Review purchase order (PO) invoices with no tax to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle all check requests promptly and accurately.
- Code all non-PO invoices with attention to detail.
- Analyze and resolve reports related to purchase orders to maintain streamlined operations.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience handling high-volume invoicing.
