Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving application issues for both internal and third-party systems.
- Install and configure software applications, ensuring they run efficiently across multiple environments.
- Maintain detailed system documentation for software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.
- Identify recurring technical issues and escalate them to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Assist with evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve application efficiency and performance.
- 2 years of experience supporting enterprise software systems, including multi-tiered client-server and web-based applications.
- Strong understanding of IIS web server technologies, as well as Linux and Windows server environments.
- Hands-on experience with open-source technologies and cloud services (AWS and/or Azure).
- Proficiency with scripting and programming languages such as YAML, JSON, Python, PowerShell, and Java.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
