Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute projects for federal clients, both on-site in the DC Metro Area, acting as a Business Analyst, Developer, and Solution Architect.
- Establish and enforce technical standards across automation initiatives to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide valuable technical insights during presales consultations to aid clients in their RPA adoption journey.
- Research and implement new technologies to maintain a forward-thinking and innovative team.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience with RPA software suites like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- 3 years in the Consulting, Financial Services, IT Operations, or Defense sectors.
- 3-5 years of experience in object-oriented programming (VB, VB.NET, VBA, or C# preferred) with a strong grasp of programming best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification.
- Experience with web development using HTML and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL for database manipulation.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.
