The AV Technology Conference Support role focuses on maintaining an organized and efficient conference environment. Key responsibilities include providing operational support for video, audio, and control systems, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is based in the Oklahoma City office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support high-profile meetings within the conference space.
- Engage with senior leadership and external clients in a professional manner.
- Administer and manage Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and endpoints.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to audiovisual components and related technologies in conference rooms.
- Coordinate AV event support with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Operate AV production equipment, including digital audio mixers, video switchers, cameras, and lighting systems.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of AV system technologies, including design and configuration.
- Extensive experience in managing and supporting conference spaces.
- Strong coordination abilities with a keen eye for identifying project prerequisites and dependencies.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and capable of troubleshooting issues as they emerge.
- Comfortable and effective in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Team-oriented and driven by collaborative success.
- Experience with AV-related software platforms such as Appspace, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Active Directory, etc.
- Hands-on AV production experience, including operation of digital audio mixers, video switchers, cameras, and lighting equipment.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in place of degree
