Responsibilities:
- Act as a link between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication.
- Gather, document, and prioritize user and technical requirements.
- Manage and sequence backlogs while keeping project roadmaps and dependencies in mind.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure deliverable deadlines are met.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in a technical business analysis role.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Knowledge of technical processes, particularly in data migration and standardization.
- Experience with Agile project management.
- Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps or similar software.
- Background in facilitating stakeholder workshops.
- Understanding of data platform and technology standards.
- Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects.
