Responsibilities:
- Cash Flow Management:
- Prepare and analyze weekly cash flow forecasts, identifying variances and providing insights.
- Monitor daily cash positions to maintain liquidity and address short-term financial needs.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential cash flow challenges to senior management.
- Bank Reconciliation:
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and the general ledger.
- FX Hedging and Foreign Exchange Management:
- Execute foreign exchange hedging strategies in compliance with financial risk management policies.
- Collaborate with treasury teams to optimize FX exposure and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Forecast Modeling & Process Improvement:
- Enhance cash flow forecasting models to improve accuracy and adaptability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to update forecasting inputs and improve processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements in cash flow management, reconciliation, and forecasting.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare reports on cash flow performance, liquidity, and FX exposure for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations related to cash management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or treasury with a focus on cash management, bank reconciliation, or financial forecasting.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management and bank reconciliation processes.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CTP.
- Experience in a multinational environment with exposure to foreign exchange management.
- Knowledge of financial risk management and regulatory compliance.
