Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming client calls and create service requests.
- Manage and schedule technician assignments using ERP and scheduling software.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and gather client information.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, technicians, and management.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience through organization and efficiency.
- 2 years of customer service experience using ERP software.
- High School Diploma required.
- Experience documenting service requests and client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor.
- College degree preferred.
- Some technical training or education (ConnectWise experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with basic technical terms and common support issues.
- Experience working with SLAs and SOPs.
