Cloud Network Engineer

Compensation: $100-125k

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Position: Cloud Network Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cloud Network Engineer to join their team! This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization by managing and optimizing a complex multi-cloud network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cloud networking, security solutions, and performance tuning. Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a talented professional to enhance its cloud network operations and improve overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage multi-cloud network environments across Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI.
• Deploy and maintain secure cloud networking solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and routing services.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to automate cloud network configurations.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations for high availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable and resilient cloud connectivity solutions.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience managing cloud networking, particularly in Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in networking protocols, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience deploying network automation tools such as Terraform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to execute complex projects.
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support.
  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Multi-cloud networking expertise across Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless networks, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Familiarity with container networking (Docker, Kubernetes) and enterprise DNS solutions.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, or other relevant networking credentials.
• Experience with Cisco, Meraki, and network automation tools.
