Responsibilities:
- Manage large secured or asset-based credit loans, working capital lines of credit, and treasury opportunities, particularly with manufacturers, distributors, large-scale real estate transactions, and businesses engaged in international trade.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, client referrals, networking, and participation in professional and community organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met through comprehensive banking solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Treasury Management, International Banking, Wealth Management, and Equipment Finance, to enhance client relationships and support business objectives.
- Conduct ongoing financial analysis of existing loans and perform periodic reviews to assess client creditworthiness and manage risk effectively.
- Provide financial recommendations and solutions tailored to clients' business needs and goals.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, internal loan policies, and banking procedures.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Actively participate in civic and public relations activities to generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent military or professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of lending experience, with an emphasis on evaluating and originating complex credit transactions.
- Proven ability to develop and manage full banking relationships.
- Completion of Commercial Lending School within the first 24 months in the role.
- Completion of CFB4 training within the first 6 months in the role.
- Commercial Lending School, Omega Cash Flow analysis courses, or an advanced degree.
- Experience working with international banking and large-scale real estate transactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex financial scenarios.
