Position: Commercial Loan Officer

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a loan portfolio while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct credit and financial analysis, underwriting loan applications to assess creditworthiness and risk.
- Prepare detailed loan proposals, presentations, and credit memos for loan committees.
- Clearly communicate loan decisions, terms, and conditions to clients, ensuring all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive insights to identify new business opportunities and provide innovative financing solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering trust and loyalty among clients.
- MBA or an advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline (required).
- 7 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of loan structuring, credit underwriting, and portfolio management.
- Experience with loan documentation, regulatory compliance, and lending policies.
- Ability to evaluate and analyze complex financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow reports.
- Deep understanding of credit risk assessment and financial modeling.
