Compliance Specialist

Compensation: $20-$30/hr

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Position: Compliance Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Compliance Specialist to join their team! This person will help with organizing and scanning tenant paperwork/files.

Responsibilities:

• Understand leases and tenant certifications
• Submit paperwork in an organized way and share through Dropbox or SharePoint
• Communicate with property staff on status updates
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 years of Property Management experience
• Tax Credit experience is preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent customer services skills
