D365 Finance Solutions Analyst

Compensation: $65-80/hour

Location: Remote, TX

Position: D365 Finance Solutions Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a growing company in the pharmaceutical industry to help find a skilled D365 Finance Solutions Analyst to join their team!

This is an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity for a hands-on techno-functional analyst to work closely with the business to configure, support, train, and enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365 Finance over time. This role offers the chance to be involved in both the functional and technical aspects of the system, engaging with stakeholders and contributing to ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Dynamics 365 Finance to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with design and implementation partners to enhance system functionality.
• Train end users on system capabilities and best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
• Work closely with vendor partners to assist with system implementation.
• Translate functional and technical specifications between business and technical teams.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional IT or technical analyst hands-on experience.
• Prior experience working within the Dynamics 365 Finance module to support user request and optimize functionality of the ERP platform.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and translate business needs into system solutions.
  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with additional Dynamics 365 modules.
• Previous experience supporting ERP implementations.
• Strong training and documentation skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or simiilar technical field of study preferred, not required.

Other Information:

• This is a fully remote opportunity
• Up to 30% travel expected to the client's office location (up to one week at a time, once a month) with reimbursement provided
• This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with expected conversion at 6 months.
