D365 Supply Chain ERP Solutions Analyst

Compensation: $65-80/hour

Position: D365 Supply Chain ERP Solutions Analyst

Inceed has partnered with an exciting company in the pharmaceutical industry to help find a skilled D365 Supply Chain ERP Solutions Analyst to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders to configure, support, train, and enhance the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management module. This role will be instrumental in optimizing supply chain operations by improving system functionality and ensuring smooth business processes. The ideal candidate will possess both functional and technical expertise, along with the ability to effectively communicate with end-users and implementation partners.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with design and implementation partners to drive system enhancements.
• Train users on system functionality and best practices for supply chain processes.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
• Assist with vendor partner implementations and ensure smooth system integrations.
• Relay functional and technical specifications between business and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain workflows and system performance.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on professional experience within IT or supporting technical ERP systems and users.
• Prior experience working within the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management module.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into system configurations.
• Experience in configuring supply chain-related functionalities such as inventory management, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management.
  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or similar is preferred.
• Relevant Certifications within Microsoft D365 or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) preferred.
• Experience working with additional Dynamics 365 ERP modules.
• Background in supply chain operations or manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration strategies.
• Strong training and documentation skills.

Other Information:

• This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with expected conversion at 6-months but could vary.
• Fully remote opportunity
• Travel up to 30% to the client's office site(s), once a month, up to one week at a time with expense reimbursement provided.
