Responsibilities:
- Optimize and maintain Spotfire dashboards and reports to support business needs.
- Develop and analyze datasets for KPIs and benchmarking to drive business insights.
- Lead corporate BI projects and collaborate closely with business units to understand their data needs.
- Provide training and support to employees on BI tools, promoting data literacy across the organization.
- Work with data science tools like Python and R to support analytics initiatives and project needs.
- Proven industry experience with Spotfire or similar BI tools (PowerBI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and R.
- Strong background in data visualization and presenting findings to various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Databricks or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong communication skills for delivering data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple projects.
