The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with business and technical teams to architect enterprise-grade financial data models that drive insights across finance and the C-suite. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with business and technical teams to architect enterprise-grade financial data models that drive insights across finance and the C-suite. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable financial data models to support revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, and other KPIs
- Build robust SQL-based models in Snowflake to enable high-quality reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with platform and data teams to integrate ERP and financial systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday
- Engage with executive stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into data architecture
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and traceability through well-governed modeling practices
- Support multi-entity consolidations, period-end adjustments, and scenario modeling
- Develop a layered data architecture that supports performance, transparency, and audit readiness
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
- 15 years of experience in data modeling or architecture roles
- 3 years of Snowflake experience in production environments on AWS
- Expert-level SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning
- Deep understanding of financial KPIs and structures under GAAP/IFRS
- Experience working with data from major ERP systems
- Snowflake certifications such as SnowPro Advanced: Architect
- Experience with financial dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Hands-on with DBT or similar data transformation frameworks
- Exposure to Python or R for financial modeling and forecasting
- Familiarity with RBAC and data masking for secure financial data access
