Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair Windows operating systems and software issues.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide support for network connectivity, including basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN issues.
- Assist with system imaging, software installations, and deployment of new machines.
- Maintain and update IT documentation related to troubleshooting steps and system configurations.
- Support end-users via phone, email, and in-person interactions to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless support and issue resolution.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP.
- Ability to set up, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Experience providing end-user support in an IT helpdesk or desktop support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear technical explanations.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
