Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing electrical systems, including schematics, grid plan layouts, power systems, lighting, protection and controls, and facility design.
- Set up CAD configurations and procedures for electrical design projects.
- Prepare engineering drawings from rough sketches or general design information using CAD software.
- Perform drawing production tasks, including problem analysis, design layouts, and calculations.
- Organize and maintain all project-related documentation efficiently.
- 4 years of detailing and design experience
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Excel.
- Experience working on electrical projects.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with additional CAD software or design tools.
- Familiarity with electrical design codes and industry standards.
- Prior experience in a similar role within an engineering or construction environment.
- Ability to work with both 2D and 3D applications for engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
