Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Water Resources Operations Team.
- Gather, update, and maintain technical data in informational databases.
- Track project schedules, monitor cost forecasts, and assist in preparing project-related information.
- Develop and maintain reports for interdisciplinary teams and draft presentations for Management.
- Create, maintain, and update team databases and reports to support office engineering and field operations.
- 4 years of related experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Spotfire, SQL, Primavera 6, Microsoft Planner, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Prior experience in water resources, engineering, or operations support.
- Experience working with large datasets and data visualization.
- Previous experience in an energy, utilities, or environmental industry setting.
