This Executive Assistant will be assisting two C-Suite Level Executives in CST and EST time zones. This person must have past experience as an Executive Assistant.

- Manage multiple calendars.
- Manage and schedule meetings.
- Book travel as needed.
- Communicate with all levels of the company as needed.
- Communicate professionally both verbally and written.
- Past experience with as an Executive Assistant.
- Must be organized and detailed.
- Experience working fully remote.
- Experience in Google Workspace.
- Experience working with Expensify.
