Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise as a field support or desktop support technician, with a strong background in hands-on technical support
- Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a knack for quickly resolving technical issues
- In-depth experience working with Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory
- Proven history of supporting and managing hardware devices (laptops, desktops, etc.)
- Solid understanding of IP addresses and DNS
- Adept at installing and providing support for software applications across various devices
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Experience leading and mentoring teams to ensure efficient and effective technical support
