Responsibilities
- Lead and Oversee financial operations for major projects, ensuring accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Provide leadership to project accountants and support their execution of invoicing, reporting, and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with project executives and managers to guide profitability forecasting, monitor project health, and identify risks
- Strong understanding of project-based financials, revenue recognition, and project performance analysis
- Ability to work cross-functionally with project managers and operational leaders
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring junior staff
