Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Global Accounting Manager to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a well-established organization. The individual in this position will oversee a team of 2-4 direct reports, including potential international staff, and play a key role in a large-scale ERP system integration following a recent acquisition. The previous Accounting Manager is retiring after 30 years, so this role requires a strong leader who can build trust, unify teams, and drive financial accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the consolidation of financial statements for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Administer stock-based compensation accounting, including expense recognition and EPS calculations.
- Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Manage corporate debt accounting, including interest calculations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests.
- Develop and implement accounting policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and financial procedures.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
- Handle special projects and financial analyses as directed by management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
- 10 years of relevant accounting experience.
- 3 years of managerial experience overseeing an accounting function.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working within a publicly traded company.
- Familiarity with multinational corporations.
- CPA certification.
- Public accounting experience.
- Experience with Alteryx, Blackline, Microsoft Power Suite, or Oracle.
- Background in the oil and gas industry.
