Responsibilities:
- Analyze workforce data to develop and implement efficient scheduling strategies.
- Utilize workforce management software to forecast staffing needs and optimize labor allocation.
- Collaborate with property management and HR to align scheduling practices with company objectives.
- Provide detailed reports on workforce trends, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices for labor analysis and cost reduction.
- SQL experience
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of three (3) years of industry experience.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other workforce management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Hospitality Management.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or SAS Visual Analytics.
- Comprehensive benefits package available.
- Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain a gaming license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work evening, weekend, or extended shifts as required.
