Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000

Position: Oracle Cloud Business Applications Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Oracle Cloud Business Applications Manager to join their team!

The Manager IT position will provide leadership and alignment for one or more units. Shares a collective responsibility with IT Leadership to improve organizational performance and identify opportunities to better serve customers with an eye on long-term perspectives.

Responsibilities:

• Encourages and inspires team members to perform at their best while fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
• Oversees the development, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of application technologies, ensuring alignment with strategies, timelines, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Collaborates with operational leaders and stakeholders to design, configure, implement, and support application technologies that align with clinical and business goals.
• Partners with Agile Coaches to establish high-performing teams, proactively addressing barriers to progress.
• Manages departmental staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and addressing competency development or disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversees the planning, management, and resource allocation for critical platforms such as Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM), Microsoft, and other clinical and non-clinical applications.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies throughout the unit’s operations.
• Mentors and develops team leads, including Product Area Leads, Technical Leads, and Product Owners, to enhance their skills and leadership capabilities.
• Manages system integrations, upgrades, and implementations to minimize business disruption and ensure system reliability, security, and compliance.
• Stays informed on emerging technologies, trends, and updates to guide improvements in Oracle Cloud and other application platforms.
• Engages with vendors to manage contracts and ensure optimal service delivery.
• Clearly communicates project goals, priorities, and objectives to team members for alignment and clarity.
• Develops and manages project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
• Fosters cross-cultural collaboration by promoting awareness, leveraging diversity, and ensuring effective communication.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems OR
• 3-5 years of leadership experience OR
• 3-5 years of leadership experience, i.e., Project Manager, IT Lead, or other relevant experience
• If applicable work group: Licensed candidates must possess and maintain active licensure in accordance with Oklahoma State Law
  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud modules such as ERP, HCM, or SCM.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Familiarity with best practices in enterprise application development and optimization.
