Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and improvement of manufacturing systems, focusing on automation and processing equipment.
- Ensure relevant standard operating procedures are in place to enhance safety and quality.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
- Utilize statistical methods to project future manufacturing needs and assess capacity to meet customer demands.
- Analyze workflows and staffing to identify efficiencies and optimize bottlenecks.
- Maintain compliance with government laws and regulations in manufacturing processes.
- Document practices and conduct post-completion audits to ensure improvements are sustained.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience in 3D CAD design, tooling, and fixtures.
