Responsibilities
- Originate and close residential mortgage loans, ensuring exceptional client service. Guide clients through the lending process, helping them find the best loan solutions. Build strong relationships with referral partners, real estate agents, and clients. Stay updated on mortgage industry trends, regulations, and loan products. Collaborate with a highly motivated team in a brand-new Norman office.
- NMLS licensed
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Mortgage Lender, or similar role
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow with a fast-expanding company.
- Bilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
- Proven Success: Join a mortgage firm with a strong track record in Tulsa, now expanding into Norman.
