This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to support a growing healthcare organization as they expand their operations. The recruiter will assist with managing an increased volume of requisitions due to new clinic openings and the transition of vendor services in-house. This role will involve screening candidates, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in talent acquisition, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and healthcare recruiting.

Responsibilities:
- Review and screen applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process.
- Minimum of 1 year of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, including candidate screening and conducting initial phone interviews.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system.
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience recruiting in the healthcare industry.
- Experience working with Workday ATS.
- Staffing industry background, including sourcing experience.
