Responsibilities
- Develop backend data processes including transformation and aggregation.
- Optimize SQL performance, tune databases, and build Power BI reports.
- Manage your own development environment as a dev DBA.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
- Strong expertise in backend data development and transformation. 7 years experience preferred.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft tech stack, including SQL tuning, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory (preferably on-prem).
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Strong dev DBA skills, able to manage your own development environment independently.
- Consulting background with a demonstrated problem-solving mindset and curiosity.
- Familiarity with government or community-oriented tech stacks.
