- Perform comprehensive job costing analysis across multiple projects and departments
- Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify trends and potential cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports to support annual budgeting and forecasting
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data related to manufacturing operations
- Compile and present executive-level financial insights for board and leadership meetings
- Assist in continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles and manufacturing cost accounting
- Proven experience with variance analysis, job costing, and budget preparation
- Skilled in developing financial reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Prior exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting software
- Familiarity with preparing materials for board presentations or investor relations
