Senior Project Deliverables Specialist

Compensation: $37-50/hr

Location: Onsite in Kansas City

Position: Senior Project Deliverables Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Project Deliverables Specialist to join their team! This is a 12-month contract role with the potential for conversion, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact digital projects across multiple industries. This role will focus on BIM design and project setup, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, coordinated project results. Ideal for a seasoned professional in digital delivery, this position promises a collaborative environment where innovation and technical skills can thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) design and coordinate digital delivery initiatives.
• Implement and support digital delivery standards, tools, and processes.
• Conduct Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) for design-build projects.
• Manage QA/QC standards to meet project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and resolve clashes within project models.
• Set up project configurations, digital access, and cloud services.
• Present digital model demonstrations to clients.
• Update virtual reality simulations for stakeholders.
• Research and audit metadata relevant to project requirements.
• Estimate budgets for digital delivery and provide project lifecycle content.
• Work with project teams to align digital delivery methods and compliance.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 12 years of experience in construction and design roles.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360 and ACC.
• Extensive experience working with Dynamo.
• Advanced knowledge of digital delivery standards and software.
• Skilled in integrating BIM models across platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Fieldwork experience.
• Experience in hospital, life sciences, pharmacy, data center, or semiconductor projects.
