Responsibilities:
- Install, modify, troubleshoot, maintain, and regularly update software applications crucial for daily operations, including production applications like Rhino, Autodesk, Revit, Navisworks, SDS/2, and Tekla.
- Provide strong application support focused primarily on construction estimating software, with some responsibilities in Business Application support (timekeeping/HR applications).
- Engage with third-party vendor support for higher-level troubleshooting and support.
- Automate common processes and maintain software licenses and distribution.
- Facilitate integration with other departments, software, and databases.
- Proven experience in application support, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with manufacturing applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with production applications such as Rhino, Autodesk, Revit, Navisworks, SDS/2, and Tekla.
