Position: Sr Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Lead Systems & RMM Development: Design, implement, and manage remote monitoring and management (RMM) systems and Intune policies for fleet-wide OS/software patching, automation, and endpoint standardization.
- Oversee Core Infrastructure & Security: Administer enterprise platforms such as Entra AD, O365, and SaaS applications while enforcing security policies aligned with NIST CSF 2.0 and supporting disaster recovery readiness.
- Tier 3 Support & Project Leadership: Act as the escalation point for complex IT issues, provide advanced troubleshooting, and lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- 3–5 years in a senior sysadmin role, with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience.
- Solid grasp of networking (DNS, DHCP, subnetting), scripting/automation, and backup systems.
- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience with NinjaRMM and advanced scripting.
- Exposure to NIST CSF 2.0, ISO27001, or SIEM/NOC environments.
- Familiarity with public DNS and registrar management.
