Position: Support Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Support Analyst to join their team!
- We are unable to provide sponsorship at this time.**
- 3 years of Desktop Support experience
- Experience with deployments/deploying new software
- Experience setting up workstations
- Ability to do Windows Migrations
- Experience with Windows - need to be able to do configurations, deploy, patch etc.
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and Group Policies
- Must have good customer service experience
- Experience supporting macOS
- Ideally some field experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with Intune, Autodesk, Bentley, Trimble, ESRI products is a plus
