Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals and service bulletins.
- Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to extract and document critical information.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with the latest revisions and technical standards.
- Support upcoming product launches by creating accurate and user-friendly installation and service guides.
- Proven experience in technical writing, specifically for installation manuals and service bulletins.
- Creative problem solving skills, with an eye for design.
- Experience designing graphics and visuals for manuals and training documents.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
